Punta di Montemaggiore or Italian. Punta di Montemaggiore is a 1613 m high mountain located above the source of the River Nadija, on the Italian side of the longest ridge in Julian Alpsah. From the summit, where the sign-in box is located, you have a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the fothills of the Julian Alps, the western and central Julian Alps, and, in good weather, the view reaches as far as the Dolomites.
