Korada

Description of peak:
Korada is a scenic peak located to the west of the Soča River and to the north or on the northern edge of Goriško Brda. From the summit, which has a registration box, there is a beautiful view of most of the mountains above the Soča River, from its source to its outflow into the Adriatic Sea. From the top, you can see almost everything from Triglav, Jalovec, Kanin, Krno and Monte Mataiur to Sveta Gora and Sabotino. In good weather, you can also see Dolomites, Carnic Alps, the aforementioned Julijce, Kamnik Savinja Alps, Golake and Snežnik.
Just a few minutes' walk east from the summit, you can see the Church of St Gerderce.
