Col de Valvacin

Description of peak:
Col de Valvacin is a 2372 m high peak in the west of the Marmolada mountain group, next to the Buffaure ski resort. The Rifugio el Zedron hut is located next to the summit. From the top you have a very nice view of the peaks above the Val di San Nicolo and of the Latemar and Catinaccio mountain groups. The Sassolungo and Sella mountain groups are also visible.
