Marinčeva planina (Hrib)

Description of peak:
Marinčeva planina (misnamed - Hrib - on maps) is an 805 m high hill located at the western part of Polhograjsko hribovje, more precisely above Mountain pasture above Horjul. From the top, where there is a small viewing platform, in good weather you can enjoy a view that reaches all the way to Snežnik, Nanos, Triglav and the Kamniško Savinjske Alps. The summit is known as an archaeological site, since in 1985 the remains of tols, pottery, moulds, etc. were discovered on the summit. The summit is fenced with grazing fences and is therefore difficult to access.
