Divje jezero

Description of lake:
Divje jezero, measuring 60 X 40m and explored to a depth of 160m, is located near Idrija, just 55m away from the Idrijca River. This 55m belongs to the Jezernica, Slovenia's shortest river, which originates in the lake and then quickly flows into the Idrijca. The lake is surrounded by steep cliffs up to 100m high. There is a footpath around the lake with information boards.
