Access to the starting point:
From the Ljubljana Zoo, follow the Eternal Route towards the centre of Ljubljana. Soon you will come to a crossroads where Kikljeva Street turns left, slightly uphill. Take the road that leads past the guest house to the Rožnik Riding Club. Park a little further along the road in the slightly larger parking lot (only guests are allowed to park in front of the restaurant).
Path description:
From the parking lot, continue along the macadam road, which after a few metres leads to an information board marking the Tivoli, Rožnik and Šišen hill landscape parks. At the sign, the road turns left and starts to climb steeply. After about 15 minutes of climbing, the road flattens out and leads to the edge of the forest. Leave the road here and continue right along a wide footpath, which takes you up to the church at Rožnik in just 10 steps. From the church, it is a short walk down to the Rožnik Guesthouse.

MT - zaradi pomankanja časa sem včeraj skočil na rožnik iz mosteca. Start pri gostišču v mostecu, prvi del poti po trim stezi, po krajšem klančku, mimo krogov na vrhu, nato malo levo, na križišču desno mimo klopce inna koncu desno po glavni cesti do vrha. Pot široka, nezahtevna,vzame nam max. 20 minut časa, raje manj.
