Access to the starting point:
We drive towards Omiš, just before the town is the village of Ruskamen. There is a parking lot along the main road by the signs for Sveti Vid and Lokva Rogoznica.
Path description:
From the parking lot, go in the direction of Sveti Vid and Lokva Rogoznica. The asphalted road starts to climb steeply. After about half an hour of climbing along the road, you reach the church in Lokva Rogoznica. There, turn left in the direction of St. Vid. The way ahead leads through the wods for a few minutes, then back to the road. Continue along the marked path, where you will reach the next signpost for St. Vid at a higher level. We start to climb up the well-maintained (and sometimes dangerous to slip on) path. After several bends and a little less than an hour of moderate walking, the path leads us to the church of St. Vid.

Lepo razgledno na Hvar in z vrha tudi na sever, na okolico kanjona reke Cetine. Od Sv. Vida se lahko sprehodite še cca. 5 minut po grebenu v smeri Ohiša, na vrh grebena (Ložišče) 652m.
Pri cervi v Loki Rogoznici je dovolj prostora za parkiranje. Tiste prve pol ure asfalta ne nudi prav posebnih užitkov. Od tam je pot do vrha poleti do cca. 8h zjutraj skoraj v celoti v senci.
