Access to the starting point:
From the Ljubljana - Jesenice motorway, take the Lesce exit and follow the road towards Bled and on to Bohinjska Bistrica. Continue towards Bohinjsko jezero (Ribčev laz), at which you will come to a crossroads where you will turn right towards Stara Fužina. At Stara Fužina, at the crossroads by the chapel, turn sharp left onto the ascending road towards mountain pasture Blato, mountain pasture Vogar and the Voja valley. Follow this road to the parking lot where tolls and parking fees are collected. The parking fee is € 1/h.
Path description:
From the parking lot, continue along the asphalt road, which continues towards mountain pasture Blato, mountain pasture Vogar and the Voje valley. The road, at first relatively steep, quickly becomes steeper and then leads to a signpost marking a crossroads.
At the sign, leave the asphalt road and continue to the left in the direction of Vogar and Pršivec. The path first crosses a scenic pasture and then passes into the forest, through which it climbs on the stone cart track. In a few long serpentines, the path ascends a step higher, where it becomes a little more level. Just a little further on, however, we see the signs for the NOB monument, which is situated next to a nice lookout point and a paragliding take-off point, from which we have a nice view of Bohinjsko jezero, Rudnica and the Lower Bohinj Mountains.
From the lookout we return to the marked path, which quickly leads us to the eastern edge of mountain pasture Spodnji Vogar. The way forward is mostly a gentle climb through meadows, and we see a large number of former shepherd's huts along the way, which are now mainly converted into cottages. Follow this path, which continues to climb gently, to Kosijev dom na Vogarju, which is reached after a few minutes of further walking.
From home, continue right in the direction of Pršivec and Mountain pasture at Jezero, and the path leads us along the wide cart track, which leads us past a small cross to a marked crossroads.
At the crossroads, turn right (left Pršivec, mountain pasture Viševnik and mountain pasture Vodični vrh) and continue along a less good dirt road which leads over the upper part of mountain pasture Vogar. The way forward takes us past the Dolenc homestead, and we arrive just a little further on at a small crossroads, where we continue straight on. From the crossroads, walk along the road for a few metres, then continue slightly right on the footpath, which first climbs gently across the meadow, then passes into the wods, where it climbs steeply for a short time. Soon you are back on the road, which you follow to the right. After a short ascent, the road begins to descend and we follow it to a nearby marked crossroads, where we leave it and continue slightly left on a parallel mountain path. Climb or traverse the slopes to the right for some time, then join the tractor logging trail. Climb for about 3 minutes on the above-mentioned logging trail, and then the markings direct you to a footpath which begins to climb steeply. Higher up, the path joins a much more beaten track with mountain pasture Blato, which you follow to the left.
Continue climbing through the forest for a while, then the path turns left into a small valley. In the valley, the forest gradually begins to thin out, and the path turns slightly to the right at a higher altitude and leads us to a marked crossroads, where we join the path with mountain pasture Vodični vrh on the left. Continue straight ahead and after 5 minutes of further walking you will reach the Mountain pasture hut at Jezero.
From the mountain hut, continue slightly left and initially downhill to a marked crossroads, from which take the right path in the direction of Dednega polje (left mountain pasture Viševnik and Pršivec). The wide trail continues to climb, first gently and then moderately to steeply, through a sparse spruce forest. Higher up, a path branches off to the left across Krištofojca, leading towards mountain pasture Viševnik, and we continue on the wide path, which gently slopes up higher and then turns slightly to the right, where we see mountain pasture Dedno polje ahead. Here the path turns to the left and after a few further steps leads to mountain pasture Dedno polje, at the edge of which is a marked crossroads.
Continue straight ahead towards the hut at Triglav Lakes (right valley Za Kopica) along the path, which continues to climb gently to moderately through mostly sparse forest. The path from which we open a beautiful view of the Lower Bohinj Mountains then descends and leads us to mountain pasture Ovčarija, where the next crossroads.
Continue along the right-hand path in the direction of the hut by the Triglav Lakes over Štapce (straight path over Prode). The way forward initially climbs moderately through a rare larch forest, then climbs steeply and leads us across the dwarf pines belt to the Štapce lookout.
Here, continue left downhill towards the Double Lake, which you can see below you (Tičarica on the right). The trail starts descending steeply from Štapce on a perfectly protected path (the path is guarded by a rope ladder and in the lower part by a ladder). After less than 5 minutes of descent, the trail turns into a scree slope and then descends to the Double Lake, where we continue to the right towards the hut (left trail over Prode and Black Lake). The gently sloping trail then bypasses the lake on the right and quickly leads to the hut at the Tičicarica Triglav Lakes.
We can extend the trip to the following destinations: Dom na Komni,

Kolikor sem jaz včeraj videla in tudi prehodila (no rabili smo malo več) - čas hoje od Planine jezero do koče je povsod označen na 2h 50 minut in ne 2h 15 minut... Lp, A
