Bjelolasica

Description of peak:
Bjelolasica is a small mountain range located in the eastern part of Velika Kapella. Its highest peak is the 1534 m high Kula, which is also the highest peak of the Velika Kapela, a mountain range located between Lika, Mala Kapela and Gorski Kotar. From the summit, which has a sign-in box, there is a beautiful view of Klek, the Risnjak National Park and the Velika Kappela mountains. In good weather, the view reaches all the way to Slovenia, where, with excellent visibility, the Kamnik and Savinja Alps can be seen, and to the south-east, via Velebit, to the Dinaric Mountains.
