Description of mountain hut:
Mountain pasture Hochfeldern Alm is located in the Wetterstein mountain group at an altitude of 1732 metres. There is also a mountain hut on 'mountain pasture', which is grazed by cattle in the summer months. The view from mountain pasture over the mountains above the Gaistal valley is beautiful, but the view of the precipitous southern faces of the Plattspitze and Gatterlkopf peaks is particularly fine.
