Irrotkő / Geschriebenstein

Description of peak:
Irrotkő is the highest peak of the Kőszegi Hegység (Kőszegi Mountains) and also the highest peak in western Hungary and the Austrian state of Burgenland. On the summit, located on the border between Hungary and Austria, there is a lookout point in the shape of a manor house, from the top of which, despite its relatively low altitude, you can enjoy an extraordinary view.
