Source of Bela

Description of mountain:
The Bela River rises above Breginj in several springs and is torrential in character, the largest spring being located at the crossroads for Klatnica (drinking water) and St. Marjeta. The Potoki Bela flows through Breginj, past the village of Sedlo and after about six kilometres flows into the Nadiža at Podbela. Due to the steepness of the channel and the high intensity of rainfall, despite the average low water level, it has a torrential character and associated extreme erosive power, which is reduced by concrete 'spur' barriers. Its erosive power can be seen at Breginj and below the village of Sedlo, where it has formed a deep river channel.
