Punta Rocca

Description of peak:
Hut Punta Rocca is located at an altitude of 3250 metres in the Marmolada Mountain Group. The hut, which is the highest point of the ski resort, is very well visited, mainly because of the gondola lift that takes you up to the hut. The view is very good over the nearby glacier and towards the highest peak, Dolomites (Punta Penia). The rest of the mountains in the mountain group are also visible, and the view to the north, where Piz Boe stands out, is also very good.
