Jehlc (Špičasta kupa)

Description of peak:
For Jehlc we will get different names on different maps, which also differ in height. The locals call the peak Jehlc (1625 m), but on more recent maps we see the names Jehelc and Špičasta kupa (both 1662 m), and on the neighbouring head, in the same ridge, we see the names Peči (1727 m) and Greben (1727 m).
From the top of the summit, where the registration box is located, there is a very nice view of the central Lower Bohinj Mountains and the fothills of the Julian Alps. In good weather, you can see part of the Adriatic Sea from the top.
