Lašček

Description of peak:
At 1071 m, Lašček is the highest peak of the Banjška plateau, a plateau rising above the Čepovan valley, the valley of the Soča River and the valley of the Idrijca River. From the summit, which has a viewing platform and a registration box with a registration book and a stamp below it, we have a beautiful view of the Trnovo Forest, Matajur, the Krn Mountains, the Porezno Mountains, the Triglav Mountains, and in good weather the view reaches all the way to the Italian Dolomites mountains.
