Access to the starting point:
From the motorway Ljubljana - Jesenica take the exit Lesce and follow the road towards Bled and on to Bohinjska Bistrica. In Bohinjska Bistrica turn onto Ajdovska cesta and follow it past the church to the railway station, where you park.
Path description:
Follow the path along the railway line towards Bled for a few minutes. When you see birch trees on the opposite side of the track, carefully cross the track and start climbing towards Ajdovski gradec. When the path becomes steep after a few steps, follow it to the left. After about 10 minutes of further walking, you will reach the top.

Danes smo bili na tem hribu. Škoda, da ni pot bolj urejena in tudi sam vrh. Sama pot je zelo zaraščena in tudi na vrhu. Tak zgodovinski kraj bi lahko bil bolj urejen oz.vzdrževan. Mi smo drugače začetek poti malo prilagodili. Ni treba iti ob železnici in čez njo, ampak je pot oz.cesta speljana ob železnici in se gre čez podhod. In prideš na drugi strani čez, kjer je opisana ta pot. Lep pozdrav

premalo plačamo parkinga in turistične takse, ne zmorejo urediti.
