Access to the starting point:
From Kamnik, drive to Gornji Grad or vice versa. When you reach the Črnivec pass, park in the parking lot by the information boards. Parking in front of the nearby guest house is only allowed for guests.
Path description:
From the Črnivec pass, take the macadam road in the direction of Dom na Menini planini. The road first bypasses the Črnivec guesthouse and then begins a gentle climb over the slope, which was hit by a storm with strong winds on 13. 7. 2008. After a few minutes of walking, the road is completely flat and leads into a small valley, where you arrive at a well-marked crossroads. Continue straight ahead on the left road in the direction of the Toman excursion farm, and the road leads you past some small wooden houses. At the last house the road splits again, and this time we continue along the upper right (left down Toman Farm), which is also where the signs for Menino mountain pasture direct us. The road, which starts to climb steeply, turns into a dense forest, and after a few minutes we become alert, as the markings will direct us slightly to the right on a marked footpath that climbs parallel to the road. Soon we are back on the road or the wide cart track, which leads us over a short scenic slope. A little higher up, you reach a fork in the tracks, where you continue straight ahead along a relatively steep track. The cart track quickly lays down and even begins to descend gently after this. After a short descent, when you reach a small left-hand bend, you will notice markings directing you to a parallel footpath that climbs through a dense forest. Continue along this path and in 10 steps you will reach a cross with a registration book.
From the cross, follow the overgrown path for a while, then turn right onto the track. Cart track or a wide track then gradually leads to a pasture fence, beyond which you enter the grazing areas of the nearby mountain pasture. The path continues with a few short ascents and descents and leads through pastures and through the forest to the eastern edge of the mountain pasture Plain, where the shepherd's hut stands.
From the mountain pasture Plain continue in the direction of Dom na Menini planini and mountain pasture Meadow. The path continues gently uphill and quickly passes into a forest, through which it continues for some time. A little further on, join the wide cart track, which also soon leads out of the forest. Once out of the woods, enter the western part of mountain pasture Meadow, which is then crossed to a shepherd's hut on the other side of mountain pasture. A less visible path crossing mountain pasture leads there. From the hut, continue past the nearby cross and bell, after which the marked path turns right. A pleasant walk follows along the path, which climbs gently at first and then moderately over open pastures. Higher up, the path enters the woods, where it gradually begins to descend. The path soon begins to climb again and leads to a macadam road, which you follow to the right. Walk along the road for a few minutes and then the signs direct you to the right on a footpath which climbs moderately through the dense forest. At a higher level, cross the road once more, which gradually leads to the Menina mountain pasture pastures. With a few short ascents and descents, we continue on a pleasant path which, after a slightly longer descent, is joined by the path from Gornji Grad (the path past Jespe).
Continue to the right in the direction of Dom na Menini planini, following the path which crosses a strip of forest and then leads to a parking area near the aforementioned mountain lodge. From the parking lot, continue across the meadow and the path, from which a fine view of the Kamnik Savinja Alps chain opens up, leads quickly to the Doma na Menini mountain pasture.

Discussion about the trail Črnivec - Dom na Menini planini

Zelo lepa in naporna pot, prehojena prejšnji mesec, srečal nisem nikogar.

Hvala!

21.5.2017 Sem šla prvič, sicer kar dolga, vendar prijetna pot, ponekod zelo razgledna, vseskozi pa dobro označena.
