Grad (cemetery) - Pepelšček

Access to the starting point:
a) From Murska Sobota drive towards Gederovci, in Černelavci turn right towards Grad. Continue through a few more settlements, where you exit the crossroads in the direction of Grad. When the road starts to visibly descend towards Grad, leave the road at a sharp left turn and continue to the right towards Mačkovci (straight ahead Grad Castle). Follow the road through Grad, passing individual houses, for approximately 1 km, and then park in the cemetery parking lot.
b) Drive into Kuzma, then follow the signs for Grad. In Grad, go left after the Spar shop in the direction Murska Sobota and start climbing visibly. When you reach the junction where the main road turns sharp right, you continue straight ahead towards Mačkovci (left Grad Castle). Follow the road through Grad, passing individual houses, for about 1 km, then park in the cemetery parking lot.

Path description:
From the cemetery parking lot, continue south and take the first right off the main road. There is a moderate climb, passing a few houses, and you will quickly reach the transmitters at Pepelščko.
From the transmitters, continue a few steps further along the asphalt road, then take the right fork cart track, which leads you along the edge of a forest on your left and a field on your right. When a grassy passage opens a little further on between two fields, continue to the right and after some 10 steps of further walking you will reach the highest point of Pepelščko, where there is a trigonometric point and an old metal pole.
