Grmovškov dom pod Veliko Kopo - Črni vrh

Access to the starting point:
We drive to Slovenj Gradec, from where we continue to the village Legen and the ski resort Kope. Follow the signs for Kope, and we follow the ascending road to the large parking lot at the Kope ski resort.

Path description:
From the parking lot, walk past Grmovškov dom pod Veliko Kopo and other tourist and catering facilities to the Pungart saddle, from where continue right in the direction of Črni vrh and Ribniška koča (left Velika Kopa and Koča pod Kremžarjevim vrhom). Initially climb along the short ski lift, then continue along the worse macadam road, which in a few minutes leads us to the fenced part, where we continue along the wooden fence. A little higher up, the road passes to the inner side of the enclosure, and we continue to the left along the enclosure, where the mountain path continues. A little higher up we return to the road, which has by this time become a wider cart track, and we continue climbing along the fence for a while, then the path is laid and leaves the fenced area. At the gently sloping part, the path to Mislinja branches off to the right, and we continue straight on, gradually resuming a moderate climb. A little higher from the crossroads, continue straight on (slightly left Ribniška koča - the path that bypasses Črni vrh) and climb up the increasingly scenic slope in a few minutes to a viewpoint near the highest peak of Pohorje. From the lookout point, continue along the gentle grassy slope to the nearby summit, near which there is a shelter called škorjanka.
