Grmovškov dom pod Veliko Kopo - Mali Črni vrh

Access to the starting point:
We drive to Slovenj Gradec, from where we continue to the village Legen and the ski resort Kope. Follow the signs for Kope, and we follow the ascending road to the large parking lot at the Kope ski resort.

Path description:
From the parking lot, walk past Grmovškov dom pod Veliko Kopo and other tourist and catering facilities to the Pungart saddle, from where continue right in the direction of Črni vrh and Ribniška koča (left Velika Kopa and Koča pod Kremžarjevim vrhom). Initially climb along the short ski lift, then continue along the worse macadam road, which in a few minutes leads us to the fenced part, where we continue along the wooden fence. A little higher up, the road passes to the inner side of the enclosure, and we continue to the left along the enclosure, where the mountain path continues. A little higher up we return to the road, which has by this time become a wider cart track, and we continue climbing along the fence for a while, then the path is laid and leaves the fenced area. At the gently sloping part, the path to Mislinja branches off to the right, and we continue straight on, gradually resuming a moderate climb. A little higher from the crossroads, continue slightly left (straight ahead Črni vrh) and cross a meadow into the woods, where you cross the slopes of Črni vrh. After a short crossing, a path a few minutes longer joins us from the right, leading over Črni vrh, and we continue straight ahead and gradually start descending. At a small pass, a path from Mislinja joins us from the right, and we follow the markings and signs for Ribniška koča and gradually begin an easy ascent. Higher up, we pass a fenced-off private hut on the right, and beyond it we reach the reservoir at Mali Črni vrh, from where a fine view opens up.
