Košnica - Hom above Celje

Access to the starting point:
From Celje, drive to Zidane Most or vice versa. Shortly after Celje, the road to Košnica branches off to the right (from the route of Zidanega Most, turn left just before Celje). Follow the road, which mostly climbs, to a small pass, where you park somewhere along the road so as not to obstruct traffic (there is also a small crossroads on the pass and mountain signs).

Path description:
From the crossroads, continue in the direction of Homa, along the road that climbs steeply northwards (the right road is right, the left road is private). After a few dozen steps, the road leads to an unmarked crossroads, where we continue left up the macadam road (the right road ends at the house). The macadam road then goes into the forest and leads to a marked crossroads, where we continue right in the direction of Homa (Brnica on the left). The road ahead, which climbs moderately at first and then descends slightly, leads to the last house in the village. At the last house, the road ends and the climb continues along a wide mountain path, which climbs moderately and leads us to the top after a good 10 minutes.
