Lendava (TIC Lendava) - Piramida (Lendavske gorice)

Access to the starting point:
Leave the Pomurje motorway at exit Lendava, then follow signs Lendava centre. When you arrive in Lendava, drive past the Hofer store, the Lendava veterinary station, the Lidl store, the Petrol petrol station, the Špar store, the M Tehnika store to the roundabout from which you take the exit towards Dolgi vas. Then drive through the centre of Lendava and we will drive to the TIC Lendava or the parish church of St. Catherine of Alexandria. We park in one of the nearby car parks.

Path description:
From the TIC Lendava, where the first signs are already visible, we start climbing gently through a small park to the right of the church. After a short climb, you will reach an asphalt road, which quickly leads to a marked crossroads.
Continue right in the direction of Holy Trinity (straight ahead Lendava Castle) and start climbing along the asphalt road. Higher up, you will get a nice view and the road splits again.
Continue left (right Sveta Trojica) and climb for a short distance, then the road descends a little. At the crossroads, follow the signs for the lookout tower and the pyramid, and the road, which takes you most of the time between the houses of the Lendava mountains, quickly leads you to the Vinarium Lendava lookout tower.
From the lookout tower we continue in the direction of the pyramid, and after about 10 minutes of further walking we reach the pyramid, which is located at the highest point of the Lendava mountains, along a road that ascends gently.
