Ljubljana (Soteška pot) - Oljska gora

Access to the starting point:
a) Leave the Štajerska motorway at the Ljubljana Šentjakob exit, then follow the signs for Šentjakob and Črnuče. When you reach the main road Ljubljana - Domžale, continue straight ahead from the junction, and then a little beyond the Belinka factory, turn right onto a narrower road, which quickly leads to the Soteška cesta, which you follow to the right to the junction with the Hribovska pot street. At this junction, the path described above begins. As there are no parking spaces at this junction, park somewhere nearby in a suitable place.
b) Leave the Trzinska bypass at the junction with Dunajska and Zasavska roads and continue towards Litija. A few 100 metres before the Belinka factory, turn left onto the Soteška cesta, which leads to the junction with Hribovska cesta. At this junction, the trail described above begins. As there are no parking spaces at this junction, park nearby in a suitable place.

Path description:
From the Soteška Trail we go to the Hribovska Trail, where the road initially leads us past a few houses, then passes into the forest, where it becomes macadam and slightly steeper. After a few minutes of climbing, we will notice markings on a tree for Oljska gora, which direct us to the right to cart track, which is already quite deep from erosion. Higher up, the path turns right and leads us to an undistinguished wooded ridge, where we continue straight ahead. A few minutes of easy walking follows and the forest path leads us to the registration box on Mount Olje.
