Pečar - Žagarski vrh

Access to the starting point:
From the eastern Ljubljana bypass, take the Ljubljana - Bizovik exit, then continue towards Sostrem and onwards along the ascending road towards Besnice. At the pass, where the road to Javor turns off to the right, park in a small parking lot by the road.

Path description:
At the starting point, we see signs for Žagarski and Mali vrh, which direct us to the asphalt road in the direction of Javor. The path initially leads us past a few more houses, and then climbs relatively steeply through the forest. A little further on, the fruit road branches off to the right, and we continue on the asphalt road, which is higher at the sign and leads us past a small hamlet, where we continue straight on. Behind the houses we get a nice view, and then the road returns to the forest behind the goat house. A little further on, the forest thins out again, and we pass another house on the right. We continue our ascent along the asphalt road until we reach the next hamlet, where we take the upper left road in front of the houses in the direction of the Home of Radio Amateurs.
From the crossroads onwards, continue on the asphalt road, which is noticeably narrower. Follow the road all the way to Žagarski vrh, where the Home of Radio Amateurs is located and from which a beautiful view opens up.
