Radušnik - Koča na Loki pod Raduho

Access to the starting point:
From Mozirje drive towards the Logar valley, but only as far as the village of Strmec (the village between Ljubno and Luce), where the signs for Snežna jama to Raduha direct you right onto a narrower ascending road. Follow the road to a marked crossroads (the crossroads are located at an altitude of about 750 m), where the signs for Luče (panoramic road) direct us to the left (right Snežna jama). The road continues to climb for some time, then leads to a small hamlet where we continue sharp right towards the Radušnik farm. Here the road climbs steeply for a short time, then it flattens out a little and leads us on a moderate climb to Radušnik Farm. As there are no suitable parking spaces in front of the farm, it is better to park a little lower down, in one of the suitable places along the road.

Path description:
From where we parked, we first walk to Radušnik Farm, then continue along the wide marked cart track, which we follow for only a short time, as the signs for Kočo na Loki then direct us left to the slightly narrower and steeper cart track. Next, we climb up the above-mentioned cart track, which has a few minor switchbacks, so follow the markings carefully so as not to stray from the right path. At a higher level, cart track turns into a steep footpath, and then joins another cart track, which takes a few minutes of further walking to reach a forest road, which is only crossed. Here the path joins from the right with the mountain pasture of Kosmačeva Rastka, and we continue on the slightly wider cart track, which continues to climb gently to moderately at times. Higher up, the path leads us to the road leading to Snežna jama, but we reach it just at the point where a forest road closed to public traffic branches off to the right, along which we reach the Hut na Loki pod Raduho within 15 minutes of further walking.
