Road Bovec - B station (Čelo) - Planina Goričica

Access to the starting point:
Drive into the centre of Bovec, where from the crossroads by the main square continue along the ascending road, which starts to climb past the post office towards the nearby church. Go around the church on the left and then arrive in Kaninsko vas. Bovec then ends, and the road continues westwards for some time. At a small fork, leave the main asphalt road leading to the village Plužna and continue along the road slightly to the right (after the crossroads marked for the Gozdec road). After the nearby homestead, the road splits again, and this time we take the road slightly to the left (slightly to the right Zavrzelno and the starting point of the route to Rombon). We continue climbing for another 1. 2 kilometres along the macadam road, where, in a slight bend, we see yellow signs on the left and right side of the road, marking the mountain trails. Park on the side of the road, the parking area is not marked.

Path description:
From the dirt road, turn onto another dirt road where traffic is prohibited for motorised vehicles. The road climbs slowly and is marked. After 700m walk, turn sharp left (there is also a signpost there) on the mulatier, then after 800m continue right on the mulatier (straight on to the B station of the cable car). After 400 metres you reach a fork where you continue straight up, which is also marked with a sign that says Mulatjera (to the left is the Planja airstrip). The path then approaches the wall and soon you start climbing up a partly steep military mulatiera, which is well preserved. In winter there is a chance that the path may be covered with snow in places. After 850 metres of climbing along the wall, we reach a less visible branch of the mulatier, which branches off to the right towards the Zarvzelno - Planina Goričica trail, and we continue straight up on the left. The mulatierra then soon gives way and after a few 100 metres we reach mountain pasture Goričica. The route can be rounded off by descending along the Zavrzelno - Planina Goričica path, and when you reach the well-preserved mulatier after 500 metres, turn right onto the mulatier, and then at the second right-hand bend, you will see a path leading back to the previously walked mulatier.
