Sora - Hom (steep past cemetery)

Access to the starting point:
From Medvode or Puštal, drive to the village of Sora, from where you continue to the village of Osolnik. At the end of Sora, park in the parking lot by the road (the parking lot is located under the Church of St. Stephen).

Path description:
From the starting point (Fig. 2), turn right along the path (3) past the church and continue uphill to the right past the cemetery (6). The unmarked path is quite overgrown for the next few metres (7), but you will quickly emerge from the bushes (8). Soon you come to a crossroads (9) and although both paths come to the same point a little higher up, take the right-hand path as it is not overgrown. When the paths meet again (10), go right, but only for 15 m, and then bear left onto the ridge, where the unmarked path reappears (11). Follow the path, initially a little steeply (12), then it flattens out a little (13), followed by about 20 min of fairly steep path to a crossroads, where it is joined by a flatter path on the left (17).
Continue slightly right along the marked path, which splits into two parts at a slightly higher altitude (20). Continue again to the right towards Homa (slightly left Osolnik - the path which bypasses the summit of Homa on the left) along an increasingly steep path (22). The path is laid higher, and then in a few minutes of further walking leads us to the summit of Homa (25), which opens up a beautiful view of the Sorrento field and the Kamniško-Savinjske Alps (Kamniško-Savinjske Alps).
