Stara Fužina - Studor (via planina Blatce)

Access to the starting point:
Take the Bohinjska Bistrica, then continue in the direction of Bohinjsko jezero. In Ribčev Laz, from the crossroads at the beginning of Bohinjsko jezero, turn right in the direction of Srednja vas, Studor and Stara Fužina. The road then leads over a bridge and past the Church of St. John the Baptist, and a few 100 metres further on you arrive in Stara Fužina. In Stara Fužina you first pass the Lipa guesthouse, Triglav apartments, the bus station, the Mercator shop, and then you reach a crossroads, by the chapel, where you continue on the road to the left in the direction of the parking lot, the Mostnice riverbed, the Hudič Bridge, and the mountain paths to mountain pasture Blato and Vogar and the path to the Voja valley. From the crossroads, there is a bit of a climb, and when the settlement ends, you reach a pay parking area, where you park.

Path description:
At the beginning of the parking lot, signs for the troughs and the Mostnice waterfall direct you right onto a wide path, which will take you to the Devil's Bridge in a few minutes. Continue right (straight across the Mostnica and Voja troughs) over the bridge, and after the bridge turn left onto the footpath towards Uskovnica. As soon as you leave the road, the path starts to climb steeply through the forest. After a few minutes, cross the newer cart track, then continue climbing relatively steeply. Higher up, the steepness gradually eases, and the path leads us into a small valley where the path is completely laid and leads us out of the forest to the upper edge of mountain pasture Blatce.

Here the marked path continues to the left towards Uskovnica, and we continue straight to the nearby hut at mountain pasture.
At the hut, turn right and cross the meadow to the edge of the forest, where you will find cart track, which climbs through the forest to the right. Cart track climbs in a few serpentines and quickly turns into a forest track, which is a little harder to follow higher up due to foliage. The track soon lays down and leads to the south side of the ridge, where in a few 10 steps you reach the Studor airstrip.
From the airstrip, where there are a few benches and a wonderful view, continue slightly left, returning to the forest, and continue walking on the easier trackless path. There are a few short ascents and descents, and we walk until we reach the top marked with a metal pole, which is about 15 minutes from the airstrip.
