Stogovci - Ptujska Gora

Access to the starting point:
a) Exit the Štajerska motorway at exit Slovenska Bistrica - South, then follow the road to Poljčane and from there to Makole, Majšperk and Ptuj. At the end of Majšperk exit the roundabout in the direction of Žetale and Jurovci. Continue along the main road to Stanečka vas and a little further. At the end of Stanečka vas, turn left and continue along the main road (Žetale on the right). A little further on, at a few houses, turn left into Stogovci. At the crossroads and the bus stop, where there are no parking spaces, the route described above begins.
b) Leave the Podravje motorway at exit Lancova vas, then follow signs for Podlehnik and Jurovce. At the end of Tržec, turn right at the roundabout towards Jurovci and continue towards Majšerko. After Doklece, the road to Ptujska Gora turns off to the right, and we continue straight on, turning right at a few houses, where we go right into Stogovci. At the crossroads and the bus stop, where there are no parking spaces, the route described above begins.

Path description:
From the bus station, we take a side road, which after a few steps leads us to a road sign marking the beginning of the settlement of Stogovci. Continue through the village, climbing gently along the asphalt road, and after a small bridge, the road becomes a little steeper, but still leads past individual houses. At a higher altitude, cross the lane of the forest, and then reach the next houses, where you turn left at the crossroads towards Ptujska Gora. A little further on, we arrive in the village of Ptujska Gora, and we walk along the road or pavement to the marked crossroads, which is located below the church.
Continue along the marked path, which continues up the stairs. At a higher level, cross another narrow road and then continue up the stairs to the church on Ptujska Gora.
