Water storage Žegnani studenec - Vaško

Access to the starting point:
Leave the Gorenjska Motorway at the Podtabor junction and continue to Tržič, Ljubelj and Celovec. Leave the main road before the petrol station in Bistrica pri Tržiču, then follow the signs for Begunje na Gorenjskem at the junctions. When Bistrica pri Tržiču ends, the road to St. George's Church soon turns sharp right (there are also signs for Villa Bistrica at the junction), and we continue along the main road to the nearby left turn, where we turn right before the Žegnani studenec (Žegnani studenec) water reservoir and the small bridge, where we park in a suitable place.

Path description:
From the starting point, continue along cart track, which begins to climb along the Blajšnica stream. The cart track, which we are climbing, has several forks higher up, but we continue straight on at all of them, where the path leads us past a number of water reservoirs. Higher up, we reach a macadam road leading from Brezija pri Tržiču towards Bistriška planina, which we follow to the right, but we walk along it for only a short distance. At the part where the road widens and where some logs are occasionally stored, an unmarked path branches off the road to the left and we continue along it. This is followed by a climb through the woods, and when the path turns slightly to the right, it passes an older trough, after which it passes through a small valley, where it passes interesting conglomerate rocks, and then reaches a side dirt road, which it follows to the left. The road soon splits into two wider cart track, and we continue on the right-hand one, which starts to climb. After a short climb, cart track turns right and starts to climb transversely. Around the bend, go sharp left from the wider cart track onto the slightly narrower cart track, which is joined a few 10 paces further on the left by logging trail, which branches off from the wider cart track at the right-hand bend.
There is a few minutes of traverse, and when the south-east ridge of Dobrča is reached, go right and follow the beaten track to Vaško, one of the peaks of Dobrča, in a few minutes.
