Za Malim vrhom - Kravja Črna gora

Access to the starting point:
On the Bohinj side of the Bohinjska Bistrica - Sorica road, a forest road branches off to the right (from the route Bohinjska Bistrica - Sorica) between the parking area under Soriška planina and the road junction for Škofja Loka, in the direction of Orožnova hut. The turn-off is marked with a red mountain sign. The road then leads to the first crossroads, where you continue to the left. Also at the second crossroads, continue to the left and follow the road to the parking lot near the hunting hut behind Malim vrh under the Vrh Bače saddle.

Path description:
From the parking lot, continue along the forest road along which you parked. The road soon makes a sharp left turn and then leads to the ski slope (which starts already at the left turn). The road here turns into cart track, which climbs first gently and then moderately along the ski slope (walking on the ski slope is forbidden when the ski slope is in operation). After 40 minutes of walking, the trail leads to the saddle between Krevl and Kravja Črna Gora. Here we continue along the wide cart track, which leads us after a few minutes to the top station of the double chairlift on Kobla. Continue along the edge of the ski slope slightly down towards the Bohinj side, but only to the point where the passage to the south side of the ski slope branches off to the right. Here, at a small saddle, leave the trail and head left up the trackless path. During the ascent, stick to the broad ridge leading out of the forest to the top slope of the mountain. The orientation is not difficult and the summit is easily reached after a few minutes' walk.
The last part of the path is dangerous to slip in the snow.
