Zidani Most - Gašperjeva koča below Veliko Kozje

Access to the starting point:
From Zasavje or Celje, drive to Zidani Most. In Zidane Most, cross the bridge over the Savinja River and immediately after it turn sharp left (you will see signs for Gašperje's Cottage on the side of the road). Follow this road along the Savinja River to the parking area, which is located just a few metres before the railway crossing.
From Trebnje or Krško, take the Sevnica and follow the road towards Zidane Most. In Zidane Most, do not cross the bridge over the Savinja River, but continue straight ahead on the narrow road between the railway and the Savinja. Park in the parking lot a few metres before the level crossing.

Path description:
From the parking lot, continue along the road that crosses the railway line and then leads to a crossroads where you continue along the upper right road towards Gašperjeva huts. Just a little further on you come to another similar crossroads, where you again continue right uphill. The road, which is getting worse, then goes into the forest, where we pass by the village ski slopes in a moderate climb leading to Gašperjeva huts.
