Zreče (Terme Zreče) - Golek (via Tourist farm Ančka)

Access to the starting point:
Exit the Styria motorway at the exit for Slovenske Konjice, then follow the signs for Zreče. When you arrive in Zreče, park in the parking lot at Terme Zreče.

Path description:
From the parking lot continue along the road, which continues northwards, and soon you will reach a marked crossroads, where the marked path to Gorenje and Rogla branches off to the right, and we continue along the road or pavement. The road gradually turns north-westwards in a slight ascent, and after about 15 minutes we turn left at the chapel onto a side road, where after a few steps we see the first signs for Golek.
At the markers go right, passing a few houses, and at the next chapel the path splits.
Continue straight on towards the Ančka tourist farm and the top of Golek (Golek over Bork on the right).
A little further on, the settlement ends and the path ahead leads us along the pasture. At the first crossroads go straight ahead, and at the second crossroads, before the quarry, also go straight ahead in the direction of the Ančka Tourist Farm. A few minutes further on, we come to a sharp left turn where the parking lot under the farm begins, and we continue straight towards the nearby house, which we pass on the right. Continue for a short distance along cart track, and at the mountain direction sign for Golek turn right onto a footpath which climbs gently to moderately. Follow the signs at a few forks, then reach a dirt road which continues to a pasture, where it joins a path that branches off to the right in front of a quarry.
Continue right on a marked footpath that climbs through the forest. A little further on, return to the road and follow it to the right, then walk along it to the nearby game preserve. Before the barn, turn right and continue your ascent along the marked path, which leads you higher up along the edge of the hayfields, from which you will have a beautiful view of Donački Gora, Boč and Konjiški Gora. Here the path goes right into the forest, and then after a few minutes of further walking leads us to the road, where the path over Bork joins us from the right.
Continue straight on towards Golek and initially climb through the forest, but when you reach the edge of the hayfield, the path leads you to a shelter with benches and tables, located just below the summit. Continue along the edge of the forest, where a steep path joins from the right and within a minute of further walking we reach the summit of Golek.
