Description of peak:
Cima Latemar (also Schenon Latemar, German Latemarspitze) is a 2800 m high peak in the Latemar mountain group. The summit, on which a large cross stands, offers a very fine view of the other peaks in the group, and the neighbouring Catinaccio (Rosengarten) mountain group is also visible. The summit received its first visit on 1 September 1884, when Gustav Euringer and Battista Bernard climbed it.
