Gießener Hütte

Description of mountain hut:
Hut Gießener Hütte is located at 2215 metres in the Ankogel mountain group, below the slopes of the Hochalmspitze. The hut is open from the beginning of July until the end of September. When the hut is closed, there is a winter rom with 12 beds. The hut offers a beautiful view, especially towards the Hochalmspitze and the Reißeck mountain group.
