Description of waterfall:
Gruska jama is a sheltered valley where the Gruska stream rises, which is actually a continuation of the Gabra stream, which flows a short distance away. The stream rises from under a 30-metre-high cliff, also as a waterfall in periods of high water. Folk legend has it that a rich market used to stand on its site, which sank because the inhabitants refused to give up their debauched lifestyle, even during Lent, despite the warnings of an old man. It is also known among the locals as Puščavnik's Cave, because the folk poet Albin Podstenšek, or Eremit Valentin, lived there as a recluse during the period between the two world wars.
For some time, the cave was a black waste dump, which was only recently remediated and a circular path was built in the cave.
Gruska jama is easily accessible as it lies just off the road between Prelasko and Kozje, more precisely near Vrenska Gorca between Buče and Ješovje near Kozje. There is also a bus stop which serves as an access point.
