Hoher Kopf

Description of peak:
Hocher Kopf is located in the Berchtesgaden Alps, west of the highest peak, Höchkonig. The summit is well visited, especially because of the Königsjodler protected climbing route, which ends right at the top of the mountain. The view from the top is beautiful over the nearby Höchkonig and the glacier, and you can also see the other mountains of the Berchtesgaden Alps, which are on the German side of the border.
