Source of Soča

Description of waterfall:
The source of the Soča River is located at an altitude of approximately 990 m, at the foot of the 2379 m high Travnik. During prolonged periods of drought, the spring almost dries up, but otherwise it is a relatively strong karst spring. The water, which emerges from a nearby cave, soon descends down steep rapids and, at the beginning, a small waterfall.
