Kozjek

Description of peak:
Kozjek is a 766 m high, easily accessible, ridge-like peak of the Jelenkamn fothills, which makes it part of the southern Karavanke fothills, and more specifically, it is located above Slovenski Javornik near Jesenice. It is of particular interest as a destination for recreational walkers and hikers from the surrounding area, but also as an intermediate point for hikers.
From its summit, you can enjoy a view of Slovenski Javornik, Lipce, Blejska Dobrava, the Ljubljana basin, and peaks and plateaus such as Mežakla, Jelovica with Ratitovec, Kavče, Vrše, Boršt and several others.
