Description of peak:
Peč (also Tromeja), in Italian Monte Forno and in German Dreiländereck or Ofen, is a 1508 m high peak located on the tri-border between Slovenia, Itali and Austria. The summit, which has a large number of commemorative memorials in three languages, offers a beautiful view of the Julian Alps, Gailtaler Alps, Gurktal Alps, High and Lower Tauern mountains and part of the western Karavanke Mountains. The Slovenian registration box and stamp are located next to the small house of the nearby transmitters. On the Italian side of the summit there is a slightly larger wooden shelter, and from the Austrian side the lift of the nearby ski resort Podklošter / Arnoldstein leads almost to the summit.
