Paragliding site Peter (Straška gora)

Description of mountain:
Paragliding site Peter is a grassy clearing on the slope of Straška Gora used by paragliders for their take-off. It is a hill with vineyards, so the paths to the top are also scenic. The trail offers beautiful views across Dolenjska, from Trška Gora, Nové Město and Žumberačka gora, while from the top the view, thanks to the trees, is oriented towards the Krka River valley, Dolenjske Toplice and the Kočevje Horn.
