Punta dei Ross

Description of peak:
Punta dei Ross is a 2,460-metre peak in the Sorapiss mountain group. Like the other peaks in the mountain group, Punta dei Ross is not reached by a marked trail. The peak is relatively easy to reach compared to most of the other peaks and is also popular with touring skiers. The summit offers a very good view of the nearby Monte Sorapiss and the other precipitous peaks in the mountain group.
