Scharnik

Description of peak:
Scharnik is a 2655m high mountain in the Kreuzeck mountain group (Kreuzeckgruppe) of Hohe Tauern in Austria.
A metal summit cross will welcome you on the top, with the summit book and a stamp sign for a path or transversal a.k.a. "Summits of Friendship" (Slovene: Vrhovi prijateljstva).
On a clear day, you can enjoy an excellent view of Carnic Alps, Lienzer Dolomiten, and Hohe Tauern.
