Sveti Mihael (Rute (Zavrh)) / St. Michael (Bärental)

Description of church:
The new church of St Michael in Rute or Zavrh is located above Medvedji dol. Next to the church is the grave of Jörg Haider, the Carinthian Regional Governor, who died in a car accident on 11 October 2008.
The Old Church is situated at an altitude of 1142 metres and offers a beautiful view of the central Karavanke Mountains.
