Trentski Pelc

Description of peak:
It is located in the Veverice Ridge or the north-eastern ridge of the mighty Bavka Grintavec (2347 m). The latter and Trentski Pelc, together with the nearby Pelcev Ridge, form the most beautiful part of the southern Jalovec Group. Its south-western neighbour Trentski Pelc Srebrnjak (2100 m) is only a faithful complement. Trentski Pelc from Lower Trenta (522 m) loks like a proud mountain with its high slopes, while above the Zadnja Trenta (900 m) it reigns with its north face over 500 m high. It is a difficult summit to reach.
