Yeeeeoowza, that hurt! Thanks a ton for the Triple T torture tour Ted, I really enjoyed the unique mix of cardio and tech. Once the pollen dies down we should definitely get that weekly suffer lined up. ;) Hope you all enjoy watching Ted crack me like Bicycle Works cracked me growing up. Enjoy!
