Description:
At 4634m the Dufourspitze is the highest peak in Switzerland and summit of the 2nd highest mountain in Western Europe, after Mont Blanc 4810m. The startlingly airy summit crest of the Dufourspitze is one of the finest places in the Alps to visit and commands quite extraordinary views in all directions. Despite this attraction, it is visited far less frequently than Mont Blanc.
