Selo (log cabin TIC Selo) - Chapel in Zgornji Moravci

Access to the starting point:
From the road Murska Sobota - Moravske Toplice, drive to the settlement Martjanci, from where turn left at the crossroads in the route Sebeborci (right from the route Moravske Toplice). Continue through Sebeborci, Andrejci, Fokovci to Sele, where the road starts to descend. Cross the Kobilje stream, and just a little further on you will reach a parking lot, next to the TIC Selo log cabin, where you park.

Path description:
From the parking lot, go back along the main road for a few minutes, and shortly after crossing the Kobiljski brook, turn left onto a side road (you can go straight ahead to reach Murska Sobota). There is a short climb up a scenic road, and after a few minutes you will reach a slightly wider road, which you cross cross to the right and continue along another side road. About 50 m further on, go right in the direction of the Pomurska planinska cesta, where the asphalt ends behind a nearby house, and the macadam road quickly leads us into the forest, through which we descend into a small valley, where the road turns left. At the end of the bend, by the hunting observatory, leave the road and go right on cart track, which ascends gently to the forest, where cart track splits.
Continue on the marked path between the two tracks, but the path is not very visible due to poor footing, so follow the markings carefully. After a few minutes of ascent, the path turns right and lays down, and descends for a few steps. There is a short overgrown section, then continue along the edge of the forest, and when you reach a grassy track, follow it up to a nearby dirt road, which is only a few steps away from the tarmac road.
Continue along the asphalt road to the right, and after a few 10 m turn left onto a track with signs for the Pomurska planinsko trail. Cart track starts to descend and takes us lower into the forest, where we go right onto a footpath, which descends a little further, and we soon reach another track, which we continue down to the right. When you reach the valley, cross the Sukičev Brook, where you go right by the hunting observation post, and when you enter the woods again a little further on, take the cart track path up to a small hamlet. At the houses you reach an asphalt road, which you follow to the left, and follow it to a junction with a priority road, where you go right. There is a short climb and we reach a slightly wider road, where the marked path to Moravske Toplice continues straight ahead, and we go left (right Fokovci and Selo - along the road) and, with increasingly beautiful views, we quickly climb to the chapel in Zgornji Moravci (Zgornji Moravci chapel).
