Access to the starting point:
From Knin, drive towards Sinj, but only as far as the crossroads, where the road to the village of Strmica branches off to the left. Follow this road for about 1. 6km to St. Guga, where you will see signs for Dinara. From this road, after less than 100m, turn sharp right (direction Dinara) onto a worse macadam road, which you follow for about 10km to the parking lot at Suhe polje.
Path description:
From the parking lot, follow the wide stone cart track towards the Brezovac home and the Sinjal peak. After an initial few steps downhill, the path begins to climb gently up the slightly vegetated slopes of Suhe Polje. After about half an hour's walk, you reach a crossroads where you continue to the right in the direction of the Brezovac home. From the crossroads, continue the ascent along a less good macadam road, which you can follow with a few ups and downs to the Brezovac mountain hut. The path to the hut leads through meadows where you can observe lush flowers in the spring and summer months.
