Dom na Kofcah

Description of hut:
The mountain hut is located on the scenic Kofce mountain pasture, which lies on the southern slopes of the western part of Košuta. From the hut, which is open full-time in the summer season and otherwise on weekends and holidays (weather permitting), there is a beautiful view of the aforementioned ridge, the mountains above Jezersko—where the central Grintovci and Begunjščica stand out—and part of the Julian Alps in the background.
A few minutes' walk from the hut toward Mrzli studenec or Jelendol, there is a small chapel where Holy Mass is held every Sunday in July and August.
